“Second time we have used and it's so easy and convenient to use.
One small issue need clearer signage for meet and greet as you come off roundabout, could see sign's for drop off point, didn't realise this meant meet and greet, thought it was drop off for foot traffic”
“Really badly signposted .Twice i ended up in 'drop off parking' and have now recieved a parking fine. I spoke to a traffic marshall who gave me directions so i managed to find Meet and greet. When you go round the roundabout with the large flagpoles there is a small entrance which has a large sign with many directions and the bottom one says T2 'M & G .
Once there the service was great many staff on hand who are very helpful now i know where to go i will use this again.”
“I'm really pleased I used this method of parking. You are virtually self sufficient in that you are guided to the parking area, literally 1 minute walk away from the airport entrance, and drop your key into a secure post box.
On return, the same 1 minute walk to a set of locked post boxes, put in my code and my locked number opens, and key is there with the location of the car in the car park.
All very easy, which is a great positive when the return is at 2am in the morning.
Highly recommended, for its ease of use, which will be even smoother next time as I will know the process. Also, for the cost, as surprisingly it was the cheaper option..
No waiting for anybody to bring the car, or take us off site to collect. All in all a 5 minute process. Brilliant.”
