“Excellent service on my return. The car battery was completely dead. Informed the M&G reception and by the time I got to my car, opened the bonnet, one of their service guys pulled in behind me. I was on my way within 5 minutes. Thank you”

“Mixed views on this as the guy was helpful with parking and directions, the guy at the receiving desk was again helpful and on return to collect my key/car the guy was really nice and helpful, the bay my car was parked was inaccessible for my disabled partner and was parked in a very tight spot ( key guts words not mine), I had given notice that it was disabled the vehicle has a ramp. On driving out and heading home, the person who drove my car had adjusted seat, mirror and radio. So after adjusting mirror, seat forward started heading home realised my seat had been adjusted down so as I went to lift my seat its a pump arm, it was broken and even though I managed to raise my seat the handle just flops around. Annoyed because I've used meet and greet before and it's been ok but not with this company. I will use meet and greet again but NOT with this company.”
