“On arrival after a 3hr delay making my pick up time 12 midnight I found my car would no start.I went back to the office for help,the gentleman there could not have been more helpful with in 10 minutes we were up and running, Fantastic service Thank you very much.”
“Outbound journey staff and workers fantastic service unfortunately on our return our car keys had been removed from the allocated area to collect so delayed getting our keys as staff had to search back office which wasn’t good after a 3 hour delay on an international 7 hour flight home”
“The staff are always very helpful . Despite this we found it difficult to find our car (in the dark) and it was quite a distance away from key collection . My feeling is that M&G is not much better than just using the multi storey . Wonder if better service could be provided for elderly people ( in our case 79 and 81 ) .”
