Dropping car off was easy and swift Coming home was less so .. my car wasn’t where it should have been and I was given an explanation that an operative suggested my car had a suspected fuel leak and had been put on the top floor .. I’m not sure what the operative saw or thought he saw but there wasn’t and isn’t any fuel leak I’ve even called at the garage this morning And they can find no fuel leak so perhaps contact the operative and ask him what exactly made him form that opinion

Slight mistake on our booking but the team sorted a space out for us to get away on our TUI cruise flight to Corfu. Would always recommend M&G at T2

Great service when dropping the car off, the staff were very helpful to tell us where to drop the key off. Easy to get the key back and locate the car afterwards. Only negative is that my car was absolutely filthy when I got back which it wasn’t before I went away. Other cars seemed fine.

We have used the Meet & Greet at Manchester Airport on many occasions, the last two times have been very disappointing. The car has been very dirty on collection also covered in bird mess. We notified them at the time & was told “ yes there have been complaints, sorry about that” apparently not all cars are under cover. We will definitely look at other options in future.

We always use this service and usually have no issues. However this time, it took us around an hour to access our car and find where it was. Let alone to speak to a human to ask where to collect our keys as they had not been added to the locker yet. This is not the kind of service you expect when paying these prices
