“I am really impressed with how smooth my experience with the service was. Dropping the key off was really straightforward, the people working by the key drop off machines were really helpful. When we returned, finding the key lockers was easy and the car was right by the lockers. I have already recommended the service to others and will definitely use again!”
“I have used Meet & Greet T2 before. The recent changes have been disasterous. I did get an email explaining the new P1 signage, however I did miss the turing the first time and then stuggled inside the car park to get up to the top level. Very Stressful.
The return was no better. Using the guidance provided we came out of M&S and crossed the road to the car park. Unfortunatley the clear signage was off to the right by about 100yds. There was no signage at our entrance. Another traveller was looking for Meet & Greet and had gone up one level to look for it. We asked someone who worked in the car park and he directed us done the car park about 100yds and then we saw the signage. We had an 88 year old man with us, so once again more stress than we needed.
I have no intention of going through this again - I will look for another car parking service.”
“The usual easy key drop and pick up on return. When I picked up the Car it was absolutely filthy, the drivers seat pushed right back and reclined as was the passenger seat. Rear view mirror bent up and to the left, steering wheel left on lock (not Straightened). My radio presets had been cleared and the radio left with a station I did not recognise on button 1. The onboard computer had also been cleared so that I had no idea what mileage had been covered in your hands.I will accept that the drivers seat has to be adjusted to suit the driver, but someone had a good play around with the vehicle and this is not acceptable, I don't want to spend time putting everything back in place before I drive home. Suggest that you speak to your so called 'professional' drivers as to their responsibilities with customers property.”
