“Dropping off was fine. Collecting car.....went to usual place and was told to go back across the road ...take lift up to level C and find keys and collect car. Pain when you are pushing suitcases. Should have been informed prior to arrival at the airport that collection was in a different place . Also exit signs were few and far between.”
“The parking experience was great, once I found the drop off place. The signage to the car park is poor and I ended up driving through the drop off zone, i asked if they would ensure I didn’t get a fine. They said it happens to lots of people, i added my registration number to a list of others.
Was disappointed to get a parking charge letter this morning which is proving difficult to challenge.”
