“I’m reluctant to give this review but when we arrived back into Manchester my husband had to reverse the car out of the space .. not a problem under normal circumstances but as he reversed he hit a tow bar of a car and damaged his bumper. When we checked there was no damage luckily to the other car but what we found that the other car was stuck out and had been parked between 2 parking bays !! We spoke to the attendants and showed them and they said we would have to claim off our insurance. This is frustrating as if the other car had been parked correctly/legally in the first place the bump would not have happened.”
“Directions for where to collect keys did not factor in the fact that the lifts were out of action. Very confusing to find the key location. Had to ask a member of staff in the end”
“Disappointed that it isn't specifically sign posted as meet and greet, as it is in the other terminals - you follow signs for all car parks instead.
Will be easier when door 3 is officially opened as there's quite a walk between the 2 doors.
But overall a simple and straightforward process that I'm incredibly grateful for.”
