“I have used meet and greet several times, on this occasion I had made a small error on the arrival time. I noticed it 4/5 days prior to departure. Trying to get hold of someone or using their portal to make an amendment was annoyingly difficult. Finally managed to speak to somebody who advised me that it’s only a few hours it’s not a problem all I need to do is inform reception. To my surprise at reception I was told that I will incur extra charges when I leave, by this point the booking can’t be changed because of the timings. If I had known about this when I spoke them 4 days prior I would have cancelled the booking and rebooked with the correct times..
all in all it cost me an extra £25 which might not be the end of the world and hardly worth moaning about but it’s an avoidable waste that I feel I should have known about.”
“This is not really "meet and greet" it's like a self park but then on return you have to hunt the key store and then the car. Not really what you expect”
“Seamless once you get there - not very well signposted on the way in though and we ended up driving along the drop off section and having to pay £5 for the pleasure of a 1 min wrong turn. However, when we finally found it, it was great. Easy and away quickly on arrival and departure . Make sure to remove your car key from your keyring!”
“Great as always, we use meet and greet at least twice a year, and as always, the service was fantastic. The system on return to collect the keys is really simple and easy to follow, which always helps in such a hectic environment.”
