“We have used this service for 14+ years and this year we found it very disorganised. Didn’t know where to go was easier when main desk outside. When we returned again unsure where to go used to see our car straight away. To much confusion!!”
“As a regular customer of Manchester Airport Meet and Greet T2 I was a little perturbed that I couldn’t enter through the automatic barrier. Via the intercom I was told to go to the long stay Carpark so I reversed out and went there. As I got to the entrance I didn’t find any advice for Meet and Greet so I reversed out of the entrance and returned to the Meet and Greet entrance. Once again I couldn’t enter through the automatic barrier but this time via a call through the intercom the operator raised the barrier. Never before have I experienced this and I do hope Manchester Airport get this sorted.”
