“Easy to get to drop car off at T2. Staff very nice in terminal2 at Manchester and helpful as I had my father with me who has a disability.
On arrival straight to ground floor office of multi story car park. Straight across from arrivals. Someone there to greet and show you how to scan bar code and retrieve car keys. I was blue zone so it was to the left of the office. Not far to walk at all. Follow exit signs and out. Easy peasy. All in all a good experience. Would definitely use APH again.”

“It's not meet and greet when you park your own car, only for it to be moved again. It's not meet and great when you take your car key to an automated machine that is a nightmare to work, having queued for half an hour to get to the nightmare machine. Who are you greeting and meeting!! there is no one!
Then to return to your car suspecting someone used it; why would you suspect that? Let me list what was different about my car when i returned; Car set height, car seat location, the rear view mirror, the radio station, the dash board set up, the heater settings, the engine settings, the steering wheel position. It was almost liked i'd never driven it!!”
