“So easy to park your car go to reception hand over your keys and go on holiday. When your back go to reception so easy to get keys back they will tell you what number and couler lane your in and away home you go.”
“Disappointing, simply because when my car keys were in the hands of someone else, as is the case with Meet and Greet, switches and knobs in my car were used, which didn't have to be changed, this resulted in confusion when collecting car as I had to return to the office to find out what had been changed! Unnecessary. Leave everything alone ! You dont need to alter anything.
Otherwise the system works ok, but sorry, I will make other plans next time where I keep the keys.”

“The service itself is excellent but the directions need attention. E.g. After exiting M56 at J5, Instruction (3) says to take the third exit at the roundabout. We did that and ended up being faced with a £5 charge for exiting the airport. The instruction should say to take the 2nd exit. On the approach to the entrance to the car park, it appears the signage needs to make it absolutely clear that it is for pre-booked parking. At least four cars in front of us had to reverse out of the car park entrance with all the hassle that involves. On our return, we found the directions to the "meet and greet" key collection a bit misleading.”
