“Now that they have stopped messing about with entrances and exits it is easier to find and get around T2.
However, the Staff entrance needs to be clearly marked people still trying to get in through it, totally unnecessary problem.”
“Poor documentation. We didn’t know whether we had a flexible or non flexible policy. This was not shown at all on the document. We paid £127 for 3 hrs parking, and was not offered any refund when the holiday was cancelled by the tour operator. The tour operator is not responsible for parking. Very poor”
“Was running extremely late, due to ridiculous amount of traffic, thought I'd missed my flight. Rung ahead to make them aware of this and they were very helpful. Arrived and was flustered and the gentleman at the Meet and Greet calmed me down and sorted the ticket out for me, so I could get the boarding gate on time. Literally dropped the car off and picked it up at the terminal entrance/ exit and it was an extremely straightforward process to check in and out the car. Would highly recommend this service.”
