“Everything fine until I collected the car and found that almost the whole of one side of the car was covered in mud. I did not report this at the time because it was dark when we arrived home and I did not see just how filthy it was until the next day. I took it to a car wash and thankfully all the mud came off but obviously I am concerned as to how it got there in the first place.”
“I had a blue badge displayed for the parking. When we arrived back to collect the car it was parked outside in a bay with about 2 inches between cars . I had to get my son to climb in through the passenger door to reverse the car out of the bay before I could get in to the drivers seat . Absolutely ridiculous the space between each car . And they had messed with the radio and dimmed all the interior clocks .”

Reception opposite Terminal 2. Walk through the right hand doors when exiting the arrivals hall.
friendly guys in key pick up. Very helpful. Directed us to where our car was parked. It was close to key pick up and right near the car park exit.
No more trying to find a parking space in the dark and no waiting around for buses.
