“Instructions on how to get to Meet and Greet T2 were clear, the attendants were polite and helpful, and it made a stressful journey to Manchester much more pleasant for us. After our holiday it was a great relief to be greeted by a cheerful member of staff and to find our car so easily.”
“Really easy service, drop off and collection was seamless. My only gripe is that key collection is not well signposted and the area not documented on the collection ticket, even a member of staff didn’t know where it was! No signs in the lifts in the car park either. Not sure if this confusion is due to building works ongoing, but needs better signage.”
