“Very easy process to Park and then Collect the vehicle. Good assistance from staff at drop-off and they explained the process well. The airport is well signposted for collection, I would use again, as it saves time and hassle when you have a lot of luggage.”
“Chaotic. Poorly organised compared to how it used to be. Nobody Meets you and nobody Greets you. Poor signage to M&G, very unclear where to park on arrival, only man wearing high visibility coat waving both arms. Unclear where reception in terminal building is. Told to use automated machine, but no guidance.
Return not much better, told to use automated system with no guidance, and then told to walk to car.
I might as well just use normal car park. Awful experience compared to previously, when you left the car with staff, and valeted car parked in front of building ready on return.”

“Drop off great, come to pick my car up, get my keys all fine up until this point. Go to the location advised and my car isnt there. Proceed to walk around the car park with one of the attendants to find my car was parked in a completely different zone and took 30 mins to find! Not what you want after a 10 hr flight.”
