“When you return the layout of the car park is dreadful, you have a lot of luggage and a small pavement outside the key collection with people having to stand on the road as there is no space. The parking bay zones are not clearly marked.”
“The problem is it is so badly sign posted for anyone who has never been before. We ended up at terminal pick up which cost us £5 just to drive through. We said this when we arrived at meet and greet who agreed it was poorly signposted and said we should have rang so we didn't have to pay the charge - how are we supposed to know that with a queue of traffic behind us.
There was no other problems.”
“Meet and greet was brilliant easy to find when we arrived back. We just struggled to find the entrance on arrival didn't see many sign post, that was the only thing the rest of the experience was really good.”
“Really happy with the service. Totally quick and seamless from drop off to pick up. I'm very impressed with the whole set up from the car inspection scan to simply walking from the car directly into the terminal and dropping the keys off. Will definitely use again.”
