“Very impersonal and trying to find my car at 1 in the morning in the wind and rain having queued for 1 hour in passport Border staff cleaning their equipment instead of doing their job-not a good experience!”
“Reason for poor rating right arrived on time barrier did not go up didn't recognise my car after several presses of the intercom buzzer a voice answered gave him my details said hold on will come back to you. After what seemed like 10minutes no reply pressed the buzzer again several times no answer by now starting get a bit peed off and a good que was forming, then one of the car park guys came across showed him all my booking details he tried several times on the buzzer still no good even making a phone call even he started loose it. Then the barrier lifted unpacked our cases strange when I went too hand my car key in it recognised my Reg No right all done so I thought. On arrival back put my ticket in the scanner said words to the effect no known key in key safes ffs went too the office guy tried make a joke key located on a big board behind desk with about 200 keys on, put the cases in the car got too the exit barrier guess what,it didn't lift as did not recognise my car after several presses of the buzzer it lifted and I could leave”
“There is no "meet & greet" involved in this process, it is all automated. I thought as the name implies that I would be met and greeted by a person and hand my car key to them. As everyone using the machines to book in were having problems with them, a woman did come out to help. I told her that my car key does not work properly with the button and that the key has to be inserted into the door to lock the car. This clearly was not done as my key has been pressed to the extent that there is a hole in it now. Collection was also automated and I then had a long walk with my case to find my car. Very poor, in fact non-existent, service, as it was all diy.”
“Used Meet & Greet again at T1 it worked like clockwork. It does what it says you drive in sort your keys and walk to check in...on arrival retrieve key find car and drive home....excellent service.....”
