“Watch out for signs on arrival at T1 to drop off seem obvious but signage says M&G rather than Meet and greet
Also when collecting directions say it’s opposite Greggs ! Yeh that isn’t correct, and do t bother looking for Area B either as that sends you towards departures. Basically come out of T1 security and go almost straight ahead to where all the smokers congregate
Automated key collection was completely out of order so had to queue at the Meet and greet reception to collect our keys. Not a great hassle but caused some delay as having to be in queue with those dropping off cars”
“The location is very good but I was disappointed to find both key collection scanner's were out of order on my return this ment a 10 minute delay as the staff on the drop off position were busy.My passengers had to stand in the rain as one was in a wheelchair.”
