“Very convenient location just a short walk from the terminal and the car was waiting for us when we got back. Only gave 4 stars because the key drop-off and return is self-service and the single rep on duty was kept busy helping all the first-time users.”
“We booked Meet & Greet T2 quite early to take advantage of a good offer , but then we were told that they were changing our flight to Terminal 1 , I contacted Jet2 who said I should use a link to change my booking for free and if I had already lost money changing the parking I should contact APH to get a refund on any money lost on changing the parking to another Terminal. As the link did not work I cancelled my booking and rebooked the new terminal at an extra cost of £52, when I contacted APH they refused to give me a refund saying it wasn’t their fault. So I was left out of pocket due to circumstances that weren’t my fault.”
“Arrived to drop the car off and wouldn’t recognise my booking, then eventually a staff member agreed to help us at the desk and sorted our booking on the computer. Gave the keys over and thought everything would be fine. On our return we were delayed arriving 2/3 hours later then expected through no fault of our own our keys were not in the locker advised on drop of went to the desk there was one member of staff who was helping the numerous people who were struggling to check in on the machines more staff were required generally let alone when people were struggling.
When the member of staff decided to come and ask how they could help me I gave the ticket and advised the keys were not in the machine to the response was ooo we don’t know where your vehicle is right now.
Took 45 mins to locate the car and have it brought over as the person who had checked us in edited our booking for the collect a month later then should of been!”
