“Great idea but quite hard to find as the signs are not that good. Feel you would struggle on your own. We had slight issues with one car going through OK and another car not registering, as we were in a group. It did get sorted in the end but could have been better as no-one came to see what the problem was - we had to ask for help with it, so because of this, we didn't end up in the same area, so we had to wait on the return journey, as they had our car down as coming back on a different day too, which is strange as we booked them as a group with exactly the same details. Anyway, it is a good service and only gave 4 stars because of the let down we had there.”
“Outbound really easy to use and worked well. Inbound the instructions provided in the email to go to the meet and Greet collection point in Terminal 1 arrivals hall near Greggs were incorrect, there was no collection point! it was outside the terminal building across the road near the car park! Messing about at 1.30am wasn't fun, please get the instructions correct.”
“Very easy to park and right next to the main doors to the airport which was welcome as it was pouring down with rain on arrival and we didn't get wet. Collection of the car keys on return was quick and simple and we were on the road back home within 5 of leaving the airport exit door.”
“Very convenient and just a short walk from the terminal. The pickup details were different on the email compared to the information on the ticket which was a bit confusing as we didn’t drop the car off. The staff were helpful when we had to call the breakdown company on our return.”
