“We love T1 meet & greet and use it every time ( about 6 times a year) as we have an apartment in Spain
It is so easy to us and so close to the terminal
Not cheap and I do hunt around for the best price
But always prefer it to all other parking options”

“Have used MANCHESTET M&G parking for years. Never had a complaint. However on this occasion I was appaled at the state of my car on my return. I don't know where cars are taken and stored once off site but I think mine was left in a dirty barn! The state of the bodywork was appalling and covered in ingrained mud(the bodywork had had a thorough clean prior to arrival).
The drivers floor mat was caked in white clayey footprints. It was noticeable that none of the cars parked nearby were presented in the same condition.
After a late arrival the last thing we wanted was to waste time cleaning windscreen,lights and mirrors to make it safe to proceed!!
One final complaint. The return card label had not been filled in correctly. There was a space on the rear to write down the parking position of my vehicle. This was not used. I finally found the position scribbled on the front of the card partly obscured by some crossings out. Not easy to spot in the dark.
What on earth has happened to your standards? Will I use you again? Probably not. Did I vote for you as I have before? Most definitely not!
