“A good service, easy to follow directions to the parking, on screen welcome, cameras take 360 degree pics etc of car prior to entry. Auto system not the best as would not accept the bar code from email, but helpful staff to resolve the issue. Picked up car with no issues on collection.
My only gripe would be that someone had clearly messed about with the radio and air con system in the car. I always have DAB on and it was on MW when I collected - no idea why! Air con had been messed about with too. No idea why someone would feel the need to change music station when just driving from the drop off point to a secure car park!”
“Used Meet & Greet for the first time as we had an early morning flight. Everything went smoothly, staff available to guide you through the process. Collection could not have been easier. I was a little worried about where my car would end up in view of the recent press, no problem, vehicle was taken to secure Jet Parks site.”
