“Liked the system except when I picked up the car it was really dirty as if stored in a field. The dust had covered the car and someone had put a wet cup on the bonnet as there were rings of dust. I had only been gone a week. Shame as everything else was ok.”

“I like the new site at terminal 1. It's easy to find, easy to park and easy to hand your keys in to either a member of staff or an automated system. On our return at approximately 2am - I wasn't as confident at collecting the keys in an automated system, as I felt vulnerable - I would have liked a member of staff on site”
