“Used Aph many times before ( 4 times this year alone)this is the first time I've yoused T1 Meet and greet, when I dropped off my car I had just had it valeted inside and out. When I collected it it looks like someone had been off roading in it , The outside had spray marks on both sides from the wheels up to the roof. The inside the carpets have got muddy footprints all over the the drivers side . I've got photos to prove it .I didn't bother to walk back to the kiosk and complain as I'd had to wait 15 minutes in a queue to get my key back. The one guy working was obviously over worked and could do with a bit of help.Ive got another trip booked in February with Aph at East Midlands airport I hope I have abetter experience then”
“A good service, easy to follow directions to the parking, on screen welcome, cameras take 360 degree pics etc of car prior to entry. Auto system not the best as would not accept the bar code from email, but helpful staff to resolve the issue. Picked up car with no issues on collection.
My only gripe would be that someone had clearly messed about with the radio and air con system in the car. I always have DAB on and it was on MW when I collected - no idea why! Air con had been messed about with too. No idea why someone would feel the need to change music station when just driving from the drop off point to a secure car park!”
“Used Meet & Greet for the first time as we had an early morning flight. Everything went smoothly, staff available to guide you through the process. Collection could not have been easier. I was a little worried about where my car would end up in view of the recent press, no problem, vehicle was taken to secure Jet Parks site.”
