“Arrivals procedure was good as always, but return not good. Tag said my car was in zone green A, but there was no sign for green A, which must have been removed. Walked around, asked staff who also didn't know where it was, but helped me find my car. If the sign is missing a temporary one needs putting up.”

“I have used this service twice in 3 months. On the first occassion, when I receoved tha car, it was in high gear (the paddles of my autiomatic car appeared to have been intered with). The second time, the temperature was foiund to be out on high despite the average temperatures being higher in the UK in June. There was no need to interfere with the car settings on these two occasions. This is a bit worrying.”
