“Usually I would give 5 stars but this time they had to give my car a jump start from wherever they held it to bring it back for me but they failed to tell me. I went to my car and nothing. I thought the battery in my fob had failed. Got into car but still no life. M&G then arranged for someone from airport to locate me and he gave me a jump. I wish I had been told as it would have saved me walking to every shop in Manchester airport to find a key for battery”
“Drop off and pick up was fine, however the car was clean when we dropped it off, and upon pick up it looked like it had been sat in the Sahara desert for the 2 weeks we were away. Completely covered in dust, so bad that we had to car wash it (at our own expense obviously), the next day. Not impressed!”
“Easy to find/ easy to park / very helpful staff / book in on the screens & leave your key with the guy - upon return scan to qr code - little locker open & off you go!
Only downside was this time (use everyone we fly) was my car must have been parked on a building site as it was literally plastered in dust/sand ??? Complaint going in as has just been baked day before!!!!! :(”
“Fast, efficient process and helpful staff available when needed. Easy access to facilities and car returned safely. The fact the car is videoed upon arrival automaticaaly and therefore any damaged sustained during parking is easily identified was reassuring. good signage to get to the on-site parking.”
