“I've used the Meet and Greet at Manchester Airport many times and at different terminals. When you drop your car off, the staff are excellent and very helpful. The automated key collection at pickup also works very well. The reason for my 2-star review is the state of my car when I collect it. The seat was almost horizontal, the lumber support adjusted to the maximum, the seat height lowered, the steering column adjusted, the parking cameras adjusted, the audio system reset, the aircon turned up to the maximum on the drivers side and down to the minimum on the passenger side, the other climate control setting all adjusted and the rear window left fully down (it was raining).
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident and happens every time I leave my car. It's as if the staff parking the car do their best to change all the driver settings. Once, I even found that the voice on the sat nav had been changed. If they left my car settings alone, this would be a 5-star review. I don't expect to pay £230 to park and have my car messed with like this.”
