“It isn't Meet and Greet, more Arrive and Leave, but it was easy to use and find at the airport. I was flying from Terminal 1 and it was about 5 minutes walk. Simple self serve key pickup, my car was where it should be and was easy to find. I would definitely use this service again.”
“When I booked it only asked me to enter my Flight details, on the way to the airport I looked at the booking and it said T3. We were flying from T2, we went to T2 and had to mess around whilst they found out if they could accommodate us. Not a very good start. Upon collection the Barcode did not work to collect keys which meant queuing. The info on the key ticket was not very good, it should say go to reception NOT collection point B which is inside reception. To stressful”
“Very good meet at the start and very easy to recover the car on the return, however getting out of the car park was a bit of a concern, but got out eventually. Maybe a better departure routine.”
