“The dropping and picking up the car was great but the condition of the returned car was disgraceful like concrete dust settled on it. I don’t know where it was parked up but I have had the car washed since collecting it and the residue is still showing on the car.”
“A good service, but we couldn't get in the car when we got back from holiday as it was parked so close to the others. Also, the car was covered in tree sap as it seemed it had been parked under trees whilst we were away so we needed to clean the windows as it just kept smearing when we tried to wipe them”

“The car registration had been entered wrong and wouldn’t let us in.
On return to theUK the screen said we had overstayed. The attendant was shown the email I received and cancelled this. I have used M & G before with no problems but this was a shambles especially at 1am.”
