“From arriving at the meet & greet at terminal 3 every thing was so easy, self check in was fine, staff were on hand if help was needed. On arriving back collecting our key was quick and easy,no hassle orderly, car was easy to find.”
“Great service, you however need to upgrade signage to get users to go to the reception point to collect your key on return not level 3 which is on the signage from Terminal 3”
“Drop off was easy thanks to assistant being handy but key pick up was less straightforward as the barcode scan that you use to unlock a key locker didn't work first, second or third time. Frustrating as it's the last thing you need after a long journey. I'm sure that if the technology worked a bit more smoothly it would be a great system. The parking was on the airport doorstep and access instructions were well written.”

“Must admit I was slightly apprehensive about the automated system. However on return everything went according to plan, scan ticket, the number of the box where the key is located is notified and the box illuminates to guide you, ticket has cars location attached, which in my case the car was about 50 yds away. My only other comment is that when exiting as the barrier goes up be sure to look right for vehicles it's a slight bend and some were travelling quite fast, not a fault just an observation”
