“Booked through the website but when we got to the car park there wasn’t a bus that ran to terminal 1. Luckily the bus driver dropped us off to the terminal but then there was no bus to drop us back to the car park.”
“Easy to find,we were there early morning bus waited for us to get out of car,didn't have to go to bus stop.
Coming back bus arrived in about 5 mins.

“Straight forward. No messing about. Pulled up to barrier then found a parking spot. Car park was busy but I can see why it’s busy as it’s so easy.
Unloaded car & walked 15meters to nearest bus stop. From there it was 3-5 mins to terminal 2. Unloaded off bus and holiday time started. Same on return journey no messing straight from terminal 2 back to car park dropped us off at our bus stop loaded car and drove to the gate. Very straight forward no hassle will definitely use again”
“No problem with the car park nor the bus driver who collected us. However, when we boarded the bus, the driver told us that JetParks 1 busses do not drop off at Terminal 1 and said that third party booking agents do not mention this when taking the booking. The driver then kindly stated that he would drop us off at Terminal 1, which he did, and further advised us about our return journey. A true gent. Travellers be aware of this when booking through a third party.”
