“We actually ended up at the wrong place twice as we thought it was booked with APH and then postcode for Jet Parks 1 didn’t come up on our sat nav so we then ended up in the freight area but once we found it, it was great.”
“First time using Jet Park 1 have aways used jet park 3 or Ringway.
Had loads of parking available, bus waited for us . Very close to Terminal 2
Did wait nearly 40 mins for pick up on return”
“Parked in Jet Park 1 & couldn't get the transfer bus to Terminal 1. On the outgoing journey we were dropped at Terminal 2 & walked to Terminal 1, a fair distance, on our return we had to get 2 transfer buses. We were not aware that the transfer bus didn't go straight to Terminal 1 from Jet Park 1.”
“Stayed here plenty of times and no issues at all car was all fine no damage or anything and the shuttle busses are like clock work the only thing I will say is the address get it off google maps rather than the email but that’s no bother we will continue to use jet parks 1 for T2”
“Poorly managed. we parked in jet parks 1 and was flying from terminal 1, we were not told upon booking that you’re not supposed to park in jet parks 1 unless you’re flying from terminal 2. Was very frustrating but bus drivers were lovely and put on an extra bus just for us. Very poorly communicated that only specific terminals, no signposts or anywhere on website to tell you.”
