“Excellent location for Terminal 2, just a few minutes by the regular buses. Drove in and number plate wasn’t easily recognised so pressed the help button and quickly sorted with manual token. On return, bus was waiting and all very quick and polite.”
“Only when we got the bus to the airport from the car park did it become clear that all would not be straightforward.
"Which terminal are you going to?" asked the driver of every alighting passenger.
"Terminal 1" I said.
"Oh you shouldn't have parked here then, I'll have to drop you off at the gate".
Nowhere in the description did it say I had to go to terminal 2 if I had parked at JetParks 1.
Other passengers were similarly affected.
On arrival at terminal 1 I was told that no buses served Jetparks1.
On returning we walked to terminal 2 where we had to wait for nearly 30 mins after the driver of another bus told us he would radio a fellow driver to let us know we were waiting.
A very unsatisfactory experience, and one that I won't be repeating.”
