“Clean. Friendly staff. Enjoyed a meal at the restuarant. Didn't have a breakfast because of a morning flight. I booked as a "package" with APH parking and I feel this was very reasonable. One issue was that Tribe had no record of our booking - maybe because of booking through APH (don't know) - they sorted it and gave us a complimentary drink while we waited. I would use again, but would call in advance to check they had the booking.”
“Hotel was clean and had everything needed for a preflight stay at Manchester airport. Which meant that the small size of the room didn’t matter. Has all the facilities needed preflight. I especially liked the garment steamer in the room.
On the downside £7.50 For a pint of Estrella is way too much. Similarly over £5.00 for a bottle of Corona.
That aside well placed for terminal 2 departures so would recommend.”
“It was a great location and really easy to walk to the terminal. We didnt eat there but it seemed reasonable. I thought the little hand held steamer was a useful thing for travellers to have. We would certainly use again.”
“This was our 1st time staying at one of the airport hotels as we normally stay at one of the off-site hotels and take the shuttle bus to the airport in the morning but chose the Tribe hotel onsite this time as it was good value for morning and we had an early morning flight so meant we had an hour extra in bed. The Tribe hotel was perfect. It was very busy as there had been lots for flights cancelled because of the French air traffic control air strike but all the staff kept their cool and were friendly and helpful. Laidy who checked us in was lovely! She made us laugh and even gave us a free drinks voucher for making her day. Room was small but lovely and everything brand new. Didn’t experience breakfast as we had to check out at 4.00am. On checking out, it’s a short walk across the car park to join the skylink which provides access to all terminals. Would use again and highly recommend.”
“We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who was wrlcomibg and had a great sense of humour! Our room was clean, and very quiet. We had a great night's sleep which helped us to be bright and early for our flight. I will use thus hotel again, if we are travelling on an early flight.”
