“Hotel bed fine, however as the room is all black and black switches etc. it is difficult to find to turn on. The shower also leaked water everywhere. Also what’s with the pipes in the room. They don’t go with the decor of the room or theming”
“The bed was very uncomfortable and soft, the check in was very strange with 2 people sat at a desk in the front lobby with a laptop; checking people in, no real check in area; the hotel felt very disorganised and cheap, sadly it would take lots of improvements for me to return”
“Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel . We arrived in the evening to an absolutely packed hotel lobby and bar area. Following a day at work and with a very early morning flight we wanted a meal before going to bed . Despite many empty tables in the restaurant area there were no tables available until after 9 at night ( way too late when we were getting up at 02:30) . The bar area was so packed there was absolutely nowhere to sit- we ended up standing in the bar -ordered a burger each from the bar menu which were very overpriced at £19.50 each and spent £20 on two drinks . The room was small but adequate . We shall not be returning here despite the convenient location . If you choose to stay here and want to eat I recommend you book a table before you arrive.
Staff were at pains to tell me they were at 82% occupancy - I understand this but not the point I am afraid don’t book more guests than you have space or staff to cope with .”
“Lovely clean room with great facilities. Thankfully the room was cool I find it difficult to sleep in a stuffy warm room where you can't turn the heating down the hotel provided big bath sheet sized towels and pleasant smelling soap, shampoo and separate conditioner the body lotion was also included. Tea, coffee and Nescafé Nespresso provided.”
