“The room was in a pretty bad state. Bathroom fittings hanging off the wall, TV didn't work and they gave us a disability room so everything was so low down I felt like I was constantly bent over. At check-in the employee said " you're aph' customer" so I got the impression that we were seeing as not their priority rather than if we had booked direct. It was only 1 nights stay before our flight so I let it go but I would not recommend. They only seemed to charge aph' customers the £14 parking too which is absolutely disgraceful. 3 stars the bed was comfy anything else was poor, that's it.”
