“Farek at the reception was execellent and provided great customer service.
The MAJOR 2 LET DOWNS was that the rooms didn't have a safety deposit box, which meant that leaving your room, you had to put your valuables in your luggage.
And if you didn't have one, TOUGH LUCK!
The other which is a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT was the fact you had to pay £14 to park your car overnight, when there was numerous empty parking spaces and other hotels don't charge.
£14 is an awful lot, especially when you have a very early flight.....as an IHG customer, I have stayed and booked via APH numerous hotels managed by IHG.
I will now book hotels, via BOOKING.COM
I will NOT be booking again due to the parking charge and lack of safety deposit box!!.”
