Easy parking £10 paid on arrival. Staff efficient. Room clean and beds comfy. Take away breakfast available from 5.45am for early departures.

It did the job. We stayed there the night before leaving on an early flight. Shame the family room had a sofa bed as the second bed. It was a bit squished for our 12 and 9 year old. Didn’t eat there as menu didn’t have much choice.

Possibly the worst nights sleep I’ve had since my child had colic. Stayed here the night before an early flight with my family. We’ve stayed in a number of Premier Inns before with our 2 boys sharing a bed but unfortunately couldn’t get in at the one nearby for the date needed, so settled for the Holiday Inn. The room was a toasty 25 degrees, which was great with the four of us and impressive saying in was raining outside and about 12 degrees. We were given a fan though, which circulated the roasting air similar to a fan assisted oven. The main bed (which was the better of the two) had the firmness of a bag of candy floss, mixed with springs. The kids bed which was a sofa bed was actually V shaped. It was impossible for two people to sleep on. This isn’t an exaggeration, both people just rolled into the centre. The result of all this was a night of no sleep, bed hopping and trying to sleep on the floor. On leaving, at 04:30 when I spoke to the receptionist about this I was told “oh”. The early breakfast (which we were aware of, and understand is the norm for early leavers) consisted of croissants, instant porridge, a few jugs of juice and an urn of something I presume was meant to resemble coffee. I don’t like writing bad reviews and I’m generally tolerable of a lot of things but this place is terrible. If you want a good nights sleep, this shouldn’t be your choice.

Very nice hotel, great comfy rooms and a great shower, staff were very happy and friendly and great with kids, which is always a great start to a holiday, with a special shout-out to Fifi who was already great with our 2 year old but went above and beyond when finding out it was my partner's 40th birthday! The evening meal was tasty and the breakfast too with the restaurant staff again really friendly and attentive. We will definitely look to stay here again if we fly from Manchester. The location was spot on too for easy access from motorways and to Manchester/ Trafford centre.

Hotel was clean enough, staff were helpful, I was able to check in early which was a bonus. Due to my early start, they provided a light breakfast of fruit, croissants etc which was a nice touch. Handy for the airport too.
