“The room we were given was very grubby bed all stained. Chair in the room very dirty. Bed way too soft and uncomfortable could not sleep at all bad start to our holiday. Would not stay here again”
“A really lovely stay! Staff were friendly and helpful at reception, the bar area and restaurant. The room was very clean and comfortable with a fab shower! Breakfast was superb and was even better than we expected with being included in the price. Food was of a very high quality and a very good range of both hot and cold foods to choose from. Overall, one of the best airport hotels we have stayed in so far and we will definitely book again next time we fly out from Manchester!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and clean, all of the staff were friendly and we enjoyed our included breakfast. Only one thing wrong! I think that I left behind a wallet with all of my medication. Which of course was my own fault.”
“Very lovely room and shower . Unfortunately for me I was sick during the night , because I are the pizza in the restaurant. I think I had beginning of a stomach bug ( not blaming this on the food!).
Staff was very present ,excellent shower too !!
I would say me and my travelling companion thought the bar/ restaurant were a little expensive!
But then again there was no other option,without going out of the complex via car.”
“Tha accommodation was very good .
The reason for 2 stars is upon arrival we proceeded to the check-in. The receptionist checked our details, told us these where in correct. I showed her the booking email which had our name and reference number .
I was told the booking reference number and surname where correct but the first name did not match me or my wife. Because of this she could not book us in .
At this point I asked to see someone in charge. At this point she walked away , luckily one of the other receptionist came over after hearingwhatwas goingon. Within a few minutes she had sorted it out. It turned out APH had sent over the wrong first name.
Why the first young lady could not have checked this out , in stead of making the start of our vacation uncomfortable and a worry.”
