“Only downside I should have asked for room nearer to the lifts my wife had to walk a long way as she is disabled found it hard.my fault
Other wise everything was up to my expectations”
“We were given a 'room with a walk in shower' , made to sound like a real benefit, rather than the accessible room that it was. The room was very bare. The door 'bolt' that secures the door was hanging loose, the bed mattress extremely hard, and the remote control for the TV was not only missing the battery cover but was disgustingly filthy. Photos to prove. Delay in doing survey due to being abroad for 2 weeks.
Breakfast was just 'ok'.”
“We were given a disabled room which wasn't great.
The room was in need of a refurbished and was rundown.
The tv was switched off at the wall. The reason for it was probably because it was broken as the sound worked but had no picture.
The shower wasn't great.
I won't be staying there again.”
“Had a good one night stay in a clean room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice, all the staff were very helpful and friendly”
