“Our friends have used the Multi storey car park many times so I booked it for our trip away. All went smoothly in arrival but when we arrived back at the car it had been moved and put in a different parking spot. It was not far away but we were not told it would be moved and do not know why or how it was done. We took a photo of the car when we arrived so we know it has been moved.”
“We booked Multi Storey T1 as we have many times previously but were informed our car was 'too heavy.
We were moved to the Short Stay.
This was a disaster from start to finish.
Poor/incorrect directions.
Madness in this car park as this is where drop off and pick up also.
On returning after our trip, the madness was ten times worse.
Massive gridlock in the car park, taking a long time to actually get to the barrier.
Once at the barrier, the machine recognised our registration number but then tried to charge me!
I will never use this facility again.”
“Convenient, well priced and spaces available. I would rather use this facility for all my future flights rather than a park and ride that is 15-20 mins away.”
“Pre book, quick and easy in and out. Spaces always available close to lift, I usually park on lvl 9, 11 or rooftop. Always about 6 cars away from lift. Easy and convenient, when comparing to other car parks, to me, it's better to pay 8 pounds more and park literally lift ride away from departures.”
“It's not easy to find as sign posting is poor. When we did, we got into the wrong lane and it was super stressful. My advice would be find T1 multi story and pop into the right hand lane as you are driving up towards the barriers .
Apart from this, super easy and convenient parking.”
“Easy parking, convenient and near to airport. We had to ch age our vehicle last minute ( on the morning of departure ) and it wasn’t an issue.
A lot of spaces were cordoned off but there were plenty of spaces still. We will use them again.”
