“It's worth paying a bit more to park right next to the terminal. It's just less stressful. Turn up at your specified time and the barriers open and when you leave they open again.”
“It’s a car park. It is right next to departures. It is expensive. I found the car park a bit depressing and it could be so much better. Driving round looking for a spot when there are no electronic signs saying how many spaces (if any) on a floor. No indicators above spaces to show if empty or not (Broadmarsh car park in Nottingham has handy green/red lights above every space so you can see if worth driving down the lane). The spaces are not numbered so no taking a photo before you leave so you can easily find your car upon return. Overall I got a space having circled all the way up to the 11th floor and parked my car and it was there when I got back. On that measure it was fine. As a modern and welcoming environment ( yes some car parks can feel like that) it is very poor. I would use again only because it is right next to departures.”
“Car was stolen within 3 hours of arrival at the airport in T1 Secure multi Storey on Thursday 3rd April, reported to police and APH at the time of the incident but APH have had no contact since or even refunded the money for the parking duration.”
