“We have used APH for many years and have always rated the service as excellent however I have to say that the service we received on returning yesterday 21 August was appalling. We waited 45 minutes for our transfer and when it finally arrived, the driver tried to squeeze far too many passengers on the bus meaning people were standing in the isle with loose luggage which I am sure is illegal as well as it being extremely dangerous.
While we were waiting, I counted at least 10 JetParks transfer buses and we are seriously considering using them in the future.
When we collected our car, we were also very annoyed to find that the radio channel had been changed which makes me question where the car had been whilst we were away, unfortunately, we neglected to check the mileage.
We have previously recommended APH but will not be doing so in the future.”
