“Drivers are really helpful. The service is quick at check in. The main problem is the code to text the car park. I was not made aware of the difference between O and 0 . The code at the top of the page certainly looks like an O. When I tried to text the car park it was rejected 3 times. Tried calling the number of the car park but on four occasions it just rang out. The official explanation by the the receptionist is that they were busy. When I checked in the receptionist could not find my booking and asked for my registration number then he found it he had the same problem with the code. If in future it is made clear the the code contains an O rather than a 0 it would solve a lot of problems.”
