“I called twice, once before booking and once after as we had a minibus and 12 people travelling. The lady on the phone was great and I was told on both occasions that this was not a problem. On arrival the very rude man that greeted us huffed and puffed that he would allow it on this one occasion and that the 2 times I had called I had been given incorrect information. Moaned that we would take up a full bus and that we shouldn't have booked. The driver of the bus was also very unenthusiastic that there was 12 of us and we all felt very much that we were a burden. However the staff on our return journey have saved you from a 1 star review. The driver on our way back was fantastic he gets 5 stars and the staff at the car park were really helpful and interacted with the children that were travelling in our group who were all tired and running on empty. I have marked each item in the middle as the staff on our way in get 1 star and the ones coming back get 5.”
“The dropping off car was good, we had to wait a bit longer than I anticipated for the bus. On the way back I phoned them as requested but the time it took the bus to come really wasn’t acceptable. This was disappointing you can imagine on a cold day how you would feel. They must do better in my opinion. This is why I gave them a 3 star rating.”
