The staff (including at the Customer Service Centre - when we had to cancel bookings due to Covid travel restrictions, etc) have always been very friendly, efficient and helpful. The whole operation is very efficient with frequent transfers to the Terminals and a very useful, effective system on return to Manchester. We will continue to use APH Manchester and in fact have already booked our next trip!”
“First and last time using APH! We had to wait an hour at the bus stop for a transfer back to our car after we landed, whilst we watched buses from competitor firms regularly driving past us. No-one was answering the phone and when we finally got to the depot there were several buses with drivers waiting around drinking tea and chatting. Very disappointing experience.”

Would recommend an increase in frequency of buses as they were packed to capacity, people standing & unable to pick up passengers. This was frustrating & caused some confrontations. One such outspoken man had seen two buses pass him & hi s children, because full to capacity at 3am ish. More buses would remove the stress this caused to that family & the driver who managed this calmly, kindly & professionally. It did cause some distress or concern to your customers witnessing this hopelessness & misfortune.”
