“We have used APH for many years now and have only had one minor problem which happened recently on our trip back to Manchester Airport Terminal 2. It was mid-way through the night when we tried to contact APH to inform them we were ready to collect. In a nutshell, the text message would not work and the phone number was continually engaged but after approx 35 minutes a bus arrived and we got back to Sharston and collected our car so all was good.”
“We have used APH for years, our latest experience was not good. We waited 45 minutes for a coach due to the queues to catch the bus. The driver then Informed us that due to health and safety only 2 of our 4 person party could get on the bus as we had golf clubs. We pointed out that we had used the service to get to the airport with all 4 of us travelling together. He said he could not comment on other drivers but this was H&S and only 2 could travel. We removed 2 sets of clubs and 1 member of our party to wait for the next bus. The driver then said he could not leave 1 person alone so put the clubs back on the coach and took everybody, we arrived at APH well over an hour after we text the office. We will consider other options next time we travel as the company knew our landing times and those of others and did not have enough staff/buses to accommodate their customers in a timely manner. Disappointing really after so many years of using APH.”
