“We have used APH for a long time and you've always provided a good level of service. However, we have noticed that your prices have risen considerably lately. There is a fine line when considering value for money for the customer. We paid over £90 , which included our discount, for a week's stay. The cost of a private Taxi for a more personal experience, to achieve the same result, is £110 which is still below your non discounted price. We will be considering other options for our next trips.”
“We are regular users of APH because we have always received an excellent service. On our recent trip transfer to the airport was flawless but on return we waited over 25 minutes until our bus back to Sharston arrived. It has to be said however that we were in the heart of the tea-time rush hour and allowance has to be made for that.”
