“On our arrival back at Manchester on Sunday TOM 2701 we arrived at the APH pick up point at 1934 we waited just over 30 mins for a bus to eventually turn up, your service quotes 10 - 15 mins, we had two very young children with our party and find this delay on pick up unacceptable.”
“Return date 10th September 2023 Leaving the car was no problem. On return we had to wait for the bus to pick us up and the wait was 25 minutes to 30 mins. The bus was already full with some passengers saying they had waited over 40 minutes. The driver not wishing to leave anyone waiting, managed to cram us and our luggage all on the bus. Returning to the APH Car Park, the bus had to wait because of the que of cars waiting to drop off their vehicles was out on to the road.”
