“The directions to the car park were easy to follow. We arrived early morning and were greeted by a very pleasant, smiling Colin. He brightened our morning.
Coming back, it did take a few attempts to get through on the phone but the bus stop was easy to find and we didn't wait long. The car was waiting for us. Simple and easy.”
“Excellent service. Arrived at car park was immediately directed to my car park. Space left the car collected my luggage and headed over to a gentleman who took our details. He was a little rude. I’m not gonna lie but I let it pass as I just wanted to get on holiday, he took our keys and our arrival date back within minutes. The shuttle bus arrived and we was off. My only negative to the whole experience would be on arrival back to Manchester Airport we was met by a very rude and ignorant driver on the shuttle bus he was not happy to wait for us to get on the bus but we still managed to get on. He then did not speak to us at all on arrival at the car park we said thank you and goodbye he just ignored us. Also as we left the airport there were other passengers trying to get on the bus. He just ignored them and continue to drive.”
“I dropped my car off and within 5 minutes I was on the shuttle bus to the airport. Returning back to Manchester Airport I called them and within 5 minutes I was back on a shuttle bi to the car park. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely use this car park again”
“It stated when booking that I could keep my keys, (I even took a screenshot of this) which is why I booked with these! On arrival I was forced to leave my key or find somewhere else to park (obviously my parking/flight was time sensitive)! I wouldn’t have used this place if I had known!”
