“Fantastic service. No faff - drove in, keys were taken, token given with a telephone number to call on our return. 5 minute wait for the bus each way, friendly staff and located 5 minutes from the airport”
“Very good service. Greeting team were very friendly and helpful. Toilet in the waiting area was clean and well stocked. Shuttle bus was efficient and didn't take long. Driver explained the return journey process clearly. Car was ready when we returned and whole parking process very easy. Will be using them again.”
“This is the first time i have flown from Manchester airport , now when we were looking for a car park for the duration of our trip we looked at the airport itself ,absolutely astounded by the prices i was quoted .
Then we came across N.C.P. what a difference and virtually on the doorstep of the airport , friendly helpful ,courteous staff from start to finish very efficient and a secure place to leave your vehicle . Highly recommended and yes if we fly from Manchester again this will definitely be our first choice for parking . Thanks guys .”
“Checking in was seamless, really friendly team that were great and made the process easy.
The return wasn’t so good. I was kept waiting 30 mins to be picked up and when I collected my car the guy working in the key collection hut just grunted at me when I asked where my car was, when I could see it anywhere I went back to ask again where it was parked, no help offered just grunted at again. Luckily one of the other members of staff was happy to help.”
