“Easy to book and convenient for the Terminals. Arrival went well, with the car being admitted to the car park as described. However, it was unclear how to get to the Terminal by shuttle bus - we found one, but don’t know if we were supposed to, or if we should have walked. Might be difficult with a lot of luggage. The problem was trying to leave the car park. The system did not recognise the car and would not let us out. With only one exit barrier working, no escape route and a queue of cars behind us, that was quite difficult. In addition, the exit barrier intercom was not working. Eventually we were able to speak to the operator by walking over to and using an entry intercom and he let us out of car park. Could have done without that, but it is a good option. Need to get all the barriers and entry/exit systems and communications working properly.”
“Easy to find by satnav, easy entry via anpr, decent spaces, altogether a stress free approach. The only difficulty was finding the way down from the platform when leaving after returning.”
“You pay a premium I suppose for this, but the proximity of the car park to T3 was great for us. The number plate recognition technology worked. We entered, parked, took the key with us...and on return were out of the terminal and in the car within a few minutes. So it all felt worth it.”
